The MaiTai Blackfish SNAFU rig is a double hook rig designed to fish wrecks for blackfish. They are tied with quality 50 pound monofilament, with Gamkatsu Octopus hooks. The leader is approximately 24 inches long with a barrel swivel at the top, two hooks on equal length leaders attached to a single dropper loop midway down, and a loop for your sinker at end of the leader. This rig is designed to fish both hooks in one piece of bait. They work well with crabs, clams, shrimp and pieces of cut bait.
Perfect for blackfish (tautog), but also great for black sea bass, snapper, ling, whiting, and any other deep water bottom fish.
