The Rome Rene Pro is the full on version of Rene’s pro setup; stiffer, more precise and built to handle serious speed and response. This board isn't for the faint of heart, it’s here to hold steady when you’re charging hard, hitting bigger features, and committing to the send. The strong, locked in feel underfoot with heaps of energy ready to fire when you load it up is thanks to the incredibly stiff, lightweight core and staying stable on any terrain possible is possible from the Stay Positive camber profile. If you’re into riding fast and getting from the top to the bottom of the hill quicker than you can get across the Matthews Bridge, this is exactly what you want under your feet.

Board Type: All Mountain

All Mountain 8/10
Powder 7/10
Park 7/10

All Mountain snowboards are versatile boards that excel across various terrains, from groomed runs to off-piste. These boards offer solid edge control and responsiveness, making them a great option for riders who want one board to do just about everything.

Flex: 9/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)

Stiff snowboards are precise, responsive, and built for advanced riders tackling high speeds, steep terrain, or icy conditions. They deliver powerful turns, excellent edge hold, and enhanced stability, especially during aggressive riding.

Ability Level: Advanced

Advanced snowboards are stiffer and more responsive, designed for high-speed control, precision riding, and handling challenging terrain or tricks.

Shape: Directional Twin

A directional twin snowboard has a symmetrical shape but with a slightly shifted stance, making it ideal for riders who want the versatility of a twin for freestyle, with the added stability of a directional design. It performs well both regular and switch but excels in one direction, offering improved control on varied terrain.

Camber Type: Stay Positive Camber

Camber is the most aggressive board shape, offering unmatched power, response, edge control, powerful turns, and poppy precision.

Width: Standard, Wide

Standard width boards deliver exceptional edge-to-edge quickness and responsiveness while providing enough platform space for riders with average boot sizes.

Wide boards are for those with large boot sizes and provide extra flotation, reduced drag, and never feel clunky or cumbersome underfoot.

Sidecut: Radial Sidecut

This single radius sidecut creates a familiar and consistent ride that supports any type of riding.

Inserts: 2x4 Inserts

These offer a tighter hole pattern, allowing for more precise stance adjustments. They're common on modern boards and ideal for riders who want fine-tuned positioning and can be used with any binding with a standard or mini disk.

Board Construction

Laminate: Triax Upper Glass, Triax Lower Glass, Directional Triple Carbon Omega HotRods, Flax Impact Plates

Triaxial Fiberglass that runs in three different angles above the core for torsional rigidity and adds extra snap to the board.

Carbon Hotrods are thin rods of carbon milled into the boards core, making the board responsive and powerfully snappy. This configuration inlays a rod in the centreline of the board in the nose and tail, maintaining a pressable yet poppy board personality.

Flax Impact Plates

These full woven flax constructed plates covers and reinforces the insert pack and are designed to make the boards more durable. Flax Impact Plates help absorb impact and add increased strength without changing the boards flex pattern.

Core: SuperPop Core

The SuperPop core is the lightest and most responsive core, built with alternating strips of 10mm wide Poplar and 20mm wide Paulownia.

Base: SinterSpeed Base

The SinterSpeed base is the premium sintered base, built for high performance and high speeds.
