Consistent braking, full stop — The DEORE M6200 hydraulic disc brake a lightweight two-piston BR-M6200 calliper, shedding weight while keeping the power and modulation you want for cross-country and trail riding.

The lever uses Shimano's SERVO WAVE design for quick pad contact and a smooth, controllable power curve, with a reformulated low-viscosity mineral oil (SM-LVOIL) that stays stable across a wide temperature range. At the calliper, a rigid two-piece body, new piston seal and heat-resistant resin piston deliver consistent rebound and dependable performance descent after descent. The hose runs cleanly parallel to the bar, and the lever is I-SPEC EV compatible for a tidy cockpit. Supplied as a complete brake; compatible with current Shimano pads in metal and resin (without fin).
